Italian Salad

Tossed greens, sliced carrots, peperoncini, feta cheese, red onion, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon and toasted sesame seeds with our Creamy Italian dressing

Roasted Red Skin Potato Salad

Red skin potatoes, chopped dill, bacon, red onion, celery, all tossed hot in a creamy butter milk and mustard dressing then cooled just for you

Kelsey's Southern Cole Slaw

We use red and green slaw sliced thin, add sweet corn, red pepper, diced jalapenos, sharp cheddar cheese, cilantro and red onions with a creamy vinaigrette dressing

Slow Smoked Pork Baked Beans

We start with some of our slow smoked pork, add tender beans, smoked bacon, molasses, brown sugar, mustard, ketchup all mixed together and cooked in our smoker for hours till they just they way you like

Corn Bread

Our corn bread starts out good, and then we add cheese and jalapenos then brush the top with a sweet butter. There’s nothing better

Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

We have been told these are the best mashed potatoes ever. How can you go wrong with bacon, cheese, sour cream, chives, seasoned bread crumbs all baked in our smoker?

50% Deposit due upon placing catering order. 50% due upon delivery.

All packages include serving utensils, heavy-duty plates, knives, forks, napkins and wet naps.
